This Privacy Policy sets forth the policy of OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® (the “Company”) in regard to the collection and usage of personal or corporate information that you may provide to us through using this website, or by using any product or service provided by OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made a part of our Terms of Use, and by accepting these during registration and by using the Website, you agree to the use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may revise this policy from time to time, and will post the most current version on the Website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you using the email provided by you.

By creating a membership you can consent to receive and grant OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® permission to send occasional phone and SMS text messages for KYC identity confirmation (required), 2FA (required), marketing (optional), promotions (optional) and to facilitate business communications (optional). You may opt out of text messages at any time. (Message and data rates may apply).

Information we collect
By submitting your contact information to OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® through our websites you agree to receive email communications for marketing, promotions, to provide services and to facilitate business communications.
OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® has the following policies reguarding the storage and use of your PII (personally identifying information):

Privacy and Security
OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® does NOT store customer billing account numbers, nor bank accounts, nor credit card numbers on our website/databases/servers. OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® uses PayPal™ to process ALL transactions. OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® uses an SSL certificate provided by LetsEncrypt™ to protect the transfer of information from our server to PayPal™ servers. This practice protects our customers in the event that OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® is breached none of our customers sensitive banking data can be obtained from our servers.
Subscriptions
The membership service is billed on a subscription basis with automatic renewals. Memberships will be billed each 30 days by an automated script. The Subscriptions are SaaS (Software as a Service). Membership is $100 per month; starting with your application fee as month 1.
Refunds
If your application is rejected or denied you will receive a refund only if the information provided is true. If you provide false or fraudulent information during the application phase your refund will not be provided. For example, if you provide a false name and we send a refund by check to your false name you will not be able to cash it. There are no refunds for monthly membership dues.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time using either our portal or the PayPal™ website. Customers can also cancel their account at any time by logging in and using the cancellation button or calling to request a cancellation. If an account is not cancelled it is assumed that every 30 days the account renews.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason. We will primarily terminate accounts for abuse of our system or members, but we may also terminate an account if we receive complaints from other members. Terminated accounts will not receive a refund.
Fraud
Any member who posts fraudulent content may be prosecuted. We verify all assignment contracts. If a Wholesaler lists a fraudulent contract we will turn the information over to the appropriate authorities – this may result in legal action.
Trolling
A Buyer who continually contacts wholesalers in an attempt to waste their time or obtain information with no intent to buy can have their account terminated for “trolling”. We make attempt here to define “trolling” as “contacting wholesalers without the intent nor means to buy” – however, we reserve the right to “know it when we see it”. Therefore: exercise caution in contacting wholesalers, if you do this too frequently and we receive enough complaints about your behavior your membership can be terminated.
A Wholesaler who continually posts contracts which are expired, old, can not be filled or are otherwise “fluff/spam” can have their account terminated for “trolling”. We make attempt here to define “trolling” as “posting contracts that can not be fulfilled” – however, we reserve the right to “know it when we see it”. Therefore: exercise caution in posting your assignment contracts, if we receive enough complaints about your behavior your membership can be terminated.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Information collected via Technology
When you submit an online form to us you may opt-in or refuse to be added to our Newsletter.
To view our Website you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your name, general geographic location, profession or industry that you operate in and email address. You may also submit more details about your business like the name of your company. In an effort to improve the quality of the Website, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Website, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Website, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you.

We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect Non-Personal information about that user and keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing our services, both on an individual and aggregate basis. For example, the Company may use cookies to store the following information: session data, email address, username, and preferences. Information you provide us by registering for an account

2. How we use and share information
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent.
We maybe share Personal Information and User Content with vendors who are performing services for OFF MARKET DEALS LLC®, (such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us; authentication systems, and fraud detection). We may share Personal Information such as your name, billing address, and credit card number with vendors who assist us with payment processing. Our vendors are contractually obligated to use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.

In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred or examined during the due diligence process. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information (such as Advertizing and tracking Platforms provided by but not limited to: Google, Bing and Facebook).
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights and to comply with legal, state or federal authorities.
3. How we protect information
Security
OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® uses 3rd party services to store user information.
These 3rd parties protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology.
However, the measures by 3rd parties do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. In addition, while we take reasonable measure to ensure that other entities who provide us with services keep your information confidential and secure, such entities’ practices are ultimately beyond our control. By using our Website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.
Access
OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® acknowledges the individual’s right to access their data and will allow individuals to access their personal information. Further, OFF MARKET DEALS LLC® will allow the individual to correct, update, or delete information.
